• Recommendation for the most suitable Venezia Host Lab service.

What the client provides

• Property address or area.
• Floor plan, if available.
• Interior and exterior photographs.
• Link to the current listing, if available.
• Essential pricing, occupancy and revenue data if the property is already operating.
• The owner's or investor's objectives.

Credit toward the next service

The full €99 fee is deducted from a Full Property Analysis, Airbnb Listing Optimization, Pricing and Calendar Strategy or Pre-purchase Assessment when confirmed within 15 days of the call.

Delivery time

The check-up is normally completed within 3 business days after all required materials have been received.
